Excellent customer experience! Our Jamaica all inclusive itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced with tours and activities. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking request was easy, Emily addressed all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, including going out of her way to make our anniversary dinner reservations. The private transfers were perfect and done with the highest class, Mercedes vehicle. Everything worked like clockwork. Did I mention I received my visa ONE WEEK after our group consulate appointment? Did I also mention that the consul closed the consulate office to the public to process our rotary group’s visas as soon as possible? Emily Voorn it took us a while, but we ere finally able to all see each other at a weekend in Paris with the other students. I felt quite fortunate to have had Emily partnered with us. She was professional, approachable, and consistently responsive to our inquires. The process was rather dauting at times and yet Emily brought forward her knowledge and patience and navigated us through each step of acquiring our daughter’s student visa through the Italian Embassy her in Canada. Tell us about your highlights! Our entire trip was everything. It was my girlfriend’s 30 birthday trip and she described it to be Magical! Coasta Rica was a beautiful trip! We originally were on the way to St. Lucia but decided to change a month before the trip. It was not a problem because we had the best travel agent in the world assisting us!
